Hall 2003 Community Assessment Summary Report
This
report contains the results of a telephone survey of 501 residents of Hall
County. This study,
professionally administered by Stiles Healthcare Strategy, Inc., obtained
information related to the four areas of emphasis using a detailed, 22 –
minute survey.
The four areas of emphasis were:
- Health
- Safety
& Security
- Connections
to the Community
- Confidence
in the Future
The
survey was completed from randomly dialed calls from a list of Hall County
residential telephone numbers. Completion
of the 501 interviews required four weeks, 16,802 telephone calls and
5,496 conversations. Spanish-speaking
interviewers were used throughout the survey process to ensure adequate
representation from Hall County’s Latino population.
The
total of 501 completed interviews produces a confidence level of 95% with
a margin of effort of plus/minus 4.37%.
This is a very high level of confidence for such a survey and
exceeds the target of plus/minus 5% established prior to the survey.
